New Beginnings’ staff is second to none. All staff have passed a national background check (every three (3) years), drug screening, a TB test, physical exam and an Indiana State sex offender registry check and Child Protection Index check (completed yearly). All staff must complete and agree to the Drug Testing Policy, Tobacco and Substance Policy and Supplemental Criminal History Policy.
All staff have certification in Child and Adult First-aid, CPR and Universal Precautions, AED, Asthma Inhaler and Epinephrine Auto Injector; Child Abuse and Neglect Detection, and Safe Sleep Practices. On a continuous basis, the staff receive professional development to improve their knowledge, skills, and instructional practices. At New Beginnings, we have a dedicated, caring and awesome staff.
